Refund policy

At Gym Assassin, we stand behind our products and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, please review our return and exchange policy below.

30-Day Returns:

Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

Clothing must be free from stains, deodorant marks, odors, pet hair, or other signs of wear.

All original tags and packaging must be included when applicable.

Proof of purchase or an order number may be required.

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Lifting Belts & Accessories:

Lifting belts, straps, wraps, and other training accessories may be returned within 30 days as long as they have not been used for training and are returned in original condition.

Products showing signs of use, wear, damage, alteration, or improper care are not eligible for return unless the product is determined to be defective.

Exchanges

Need a different size? We’ll be happy to help with an exchange when inventory is available.

Returned merchandise must meet the same eligibility requirements listed above. If the requested replacement item is unavailable, a refund may be issued instead.

Final Sale Items

Clearance, closeout, customized, personalized, and items specifically marked Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact Gym Assassin Customer Support as soon as possible.

Please include your order number, name, description of the issue, and photos of the product and packaging when applicable.

If we determine that the item is defective or that we shipped the wrong product, Gym Assassin will arrange an appropriate replacement, exchange, or refund at no additional cost to you.

Normal wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, improper washing or care, and damage caused by using a product outside its intended purpose are not considered manufacturing defects.

Return Shipping

Unless the product is defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrect due to an error by Gym Assassin, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law or the return resulted from an error by Gym Assassin.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

How to Start a Return

Contact Gym Assassin Customer Support before sending your item back. Please include your name, order number, item being returned, and reason for the return.

Do not send merchandise back without following the provided return instructions.
